WIP Wednesday
I'm putting this out there, because if I don't it might actually languish, like the other quilt, 3/4 done...... I'm just not into the quilting part of quilting. I like the brainstorming and the color selection and the piecing but the quilting, not so much. Anyway, this is the top of the quilt I ended up with after the Block-a-palooza quilt along. ReplyDeleteLove your WIP! The thing I don't love so much is binding! I always have issues with that, which makes me procrastinate finishing my quilts :)

ReplyDeleteWhoop Whoop! Gorgeous! I started the Block A Palooza, but got hung up with the appliqued flying geese. Not that I can't do it, but for some reason, I stopped there. You've inspired me to pull the blocks out, rummage around and find the other patterns, and go for it! Love those fabrics!!

ReplyDeleteWhoop! Whoop! The flmisy is just gorgeous! Mind you, spending all that money and time on fabric and then stopping just before the finish line... If you don't like the actual quilting, that's what machine quilters are for! I'm sure there's one near you. It doesn't hurt to ask, "What will this cost to quilt?" An all-over design is the most cost effective. Go for it!
